These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://gamehops.com (the "Site"), operated by Yield Goal Technologies Inc. ("GameHops," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Description of the service

GameHops provides free browser games playable instantly with no download or account required. Games may be hosted directly by us or embedded from third-party game providers.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site at a scale or frequency that degrades service for other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Site or its games
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through malware, denial-of-service activity, or unauthorized access attempts
• Misrepresent your affiliation with GameHops or the Site

3. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, and games we develop ourselves are owned by Yield Goal Technologies Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Games embedded from third-party providers remain the property of their respective owners. You may play games on the Site for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of the Site without our prior written permission.

4. Third-party games and services

The Site may embed or link to games and services operated by third parties. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party game or service. Third-party games operate under their own terms, and disputes about their content should be directed to the relevant provider.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yield Goal Technologies Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site is limited to $100 CAD.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Yield Goal Technologies Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
